Competitions

|
Most months through the season we hold competitions for both projected images and prints.
In addition we always have at least one inter-club competition per year with a local society.
Click the link on the left to see this season's winning images.
How to Prepare your Digital Files for the Project Image Competitions
- Digital files should be resized to a maximum of 1024 pixels wide for landscape format and 768 pixels high for portrait format.
- It is preferable to save the files as sRGB. Files should be saved in jpg format.
- Name your files as 1-member number-title (eg: 1-173-title) and 2-member number-title.
- Save the file at the highest quality if you are going to put the files onto a CD, DVD or memory stick.
- If you are going to send the files by e-mail adjust the quality so that the files are no larger than one megabyte.
- For a CD/DVD make sure that you close the disk once you have written both files to it.
